Join Brittany in a slow and still immersion for the mind, body, and soul. Yin Yoga is a meditative practice of holding floor based postures for several minutes to allow and experience a deep release and feeling of surrender. This practice creates more space and flexibility in the body as well as in the mind. The deep release that is felt physically and mentally aids in releasing overall tension and helps in “letting go”.
Release tension and move deep within by 90 minutes of candle light Yin Yoga followed by 30 minutes of guided breath work and meditation.
