Join Talei for this workshop introducing the practice of Yoga Nidra. This ancient practice is now growing in popularity because of the wide range of benefits from the practice. From stress and pain relief to increased healing of ailments.
The workshop will include a short talk about Yoga Nidra followed by an asana and pranayama practice to prepare and then a long Nidra practice.
