Arrival Time for Your First Session:
If this is your first appointment, a credit card will need to be taken in order to hold the appointment. First time clients, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before start time in order to fill out a medical form. If a returning client, please arrive at least 5 minutes before session start.
Appointments may be cancelled by calling the studio, or calling/emailing your therapist directly at least 6 hours in advance. Less than 6 hours notice may result in partial charge. Less than 2 hours notice of cancellation may result in full charge. No call, no show will be charged fully for appointment time.
